“In the kinetic capture is that of Eusebio Sempere, who in separate planes, but with overlapping vision, in painted iron, from 1973, has transferred his graphic work to the urban complex, creating pieces with wide grids of luminous capture, of importance in the production of this great pioneer of kinetic spatialism.”

“It is worth mentioning painted-iron Mobile by Eusebio Sempere (born in Onil in 1924 and died in 1986), a very significant example of his reticular constructions of flat orthogonal rods, one fixed and the other mobile and pendular, which achieves optical effects of variable design with only wind blow; it is a work of clean, geometric simplicity at the service of kinetic art, of which he is one of the leading European figures.”

“The Spanish is no less impressive for being well known. Refined Eduardo Sempere (b. 1924) offered us one of his optical and kinetic combinations – Mobile (1973) – developed after his research at the G.R.A.V., linking up with what was exhibited by two other Levantine artists, Amadeo Gabino (b. 1922) and Andreu Alfaro (b. 1929)”
