Scholarship from the French Government for further studies in Paris. “Conde de Cartagena” grant from the Royal Academy of San Fernando for further studies in Germany. He has exhibited in the main capitals of the world. He was awarded the Third Medal at the National Exhibition of Fine Arts in Madrid. Grand Prize at the “X Triennial of Milan” and the First Prize for Industrial Design. His work can be found in the Spanish Museum of Contemporary Art in Madrid (Spain), the Brooklyn Museum in New York (USA), the Hamburger Kunsthalle in Manheim (Germany), and the Museo de Arte Moderno de Ciudad Bolívar (Venezuela), among others.

Amadeo Gabino was born in Valencia in 1922. After studying Fine Arts at the Escuela Superior de San Carlos in his native city, he obtained scholarships that allowed him to spend time in Rome, Paris, and Germany. His work, made with overlapped plates joined by rivets in the manner of aeroplane fuselage, is known throughout the world. He was awarded the Third Medal at the National Exhibition of Fine Arts in Madrid, the Grand Prize at the X Milan Triennial, and a Prize for his work at the Sculptures of the Mediterranean Motorways exhibition, in its I International Sculpture Competition. He was a member of the XI Milan Triennial and took part in the direction of the Spanish Pavilion at the Brussels Expo 58. His works can be found in the main international museums.
