“Marcel Martí exhibits a piece in limestone, from 1973. The stone is treated in a sensual way, with that appeal to the touch that distinguishes his production. It is a modulation, or a repetition, of a motif that starts from a torso and becomes a rhythmic abstraction. Freed from the lathe and its geometrical arrangements, Martí carries out in this work, of short proportions for its imposed destiny, a harmonic exercise of great beauty”
